These terms govern your use of ConvertCSV (the “site”), operated by Regulad Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
ConvertCSV provides free online tools for converting, cleaning and reshaping tabular data, and an API for developers. No account is required. The site is funded by advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You keep all rights to the data you convert. Most conversions run entirely in your browser and the data is never sent to us. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to process any data you use with the tools, and for keeping sensitive data safe on your own device.

We provide the site free of charge and may change, add or remove tools, or suspend the site or the API, at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The site and the API are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regulad Co., Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Hanoi, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
